A truly global company, with more than 50 years experience behind its industrial and hydro solutions. And with environmental resource care high on the worlds agenda, it is understandable why this company’s quality product can be found in more than 70 countries across 5 continents. 

With 12 sales companies, and manufacturing plants throughout Europe, it’s a product much in demand. 

However, when a potential customer requested a quote for their product, the company was unable to collate all the information necessary to generate the quote quickly enough.

Operating in a truly competitive marketplace where first quote past the customers desk would typically win, the company’s system and information gathering processes let them down. Thus, an improved CRM quoting system was added to their IT roadmap. 

The Challenge​

As no one person held the full picture as to their product line true commercial value, what was needed was a sales quotation and estimation software system that was integrated into the company’s various management systems.
