Sussex Wildlife Trust Ball

Over 200 guests attended the Sussex Wildlife Trust Wilderness Wonder Charity Fundraising Ball at The Grand Hotel Brighton on Saturday 15th September 2018. It was hosted by the lovely Michaela Strachan who has been a television presenter for various shows including Springwatch, Countryfile and the Really Wild Show. The ball was helping to raise funds for their “Rewild a Child” project.
CNC staff and partners attended the ball and had a very enjoyable evening.
It was a fun packed evening and very entertaining with the Blues Brothers tribute act putting on a fantastic show.
Tor Lawrence, the Chief Executive commented “I am delighted to say we raised over £38,000 and without the support from local people attending the event we would not be able to protect local wildlife and make Sussex a place for nature’s recovery. We were particularly delighted with the pledges we received for Rewild a Child.”
