To celebrate 15 years of trading we recently invited our customers to join us for a celebration event at the brand new Brighton & Hove Albion FC Stadium.

Thanks to all, around 65 of you, who attended what turned out to be a very enjoyable afternoon for all concerned.

We decided from the offset that the day would be as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Those who could make it were not forced to sit through a seminar or sales pitch on our latest services, instead we wanted to take the opportunity to talk one to one with as many of you as possible.

For many of us at CNC this was the first time we had met the vast majority of you in person so now you can put a face to the voice of Valerie, Gary, James and our technical guys when you speak to them.

All attendees were given the option of a tour of the facilities and with five in total taking place throughout the day the tour guide was kept very busy. We are proud of the fact that many of you decided to stay and mingle after your tour rather than escaping to the pub or off home.

Those who took up the tour option and managed to get up and down the endless flights of stairs, were able to take a break from the eating, drinking and socialising to enjoy a 45 minute view of what goes on behind the scenes at a top football club.

The overriding impression of the stadium is that the city now has a club to be proud of. Inspired by some of the best Premiership teams they have put in place a wealth of facilities including family friendly sections, the first HD screens in the country at this size and padded seats (unfortunately no arm chairs yet!).

Regardless of where you sit, there is no obstruction of your viewing of the action. Unlike many of the larger Premiership stadiums, the seating is very close to the pitch and you’ll be able to make out who is who on the pitch even in the higher tiers.

If the obvious investment in the stadium continues with the team we should soon have a premiership contender in our midst and be entertaining some of the top teams in the country. In fact the facilities for the Players and Press rival many Premiership teams. They already meet UEFA standards and can accommodate a Sky Premiership broadcast from day one.

The ambition stretches to the trophy cabinet which has been sized to accommodate the Champions League Cup (it may be a few years before the club gets its hands on this one)

CNC have invested in 4 seats which will be available throughout the season for our clients, partners and staff. We are part of the 1901 club and have access to the exclusive corporate lounge so should you join us for a game you can be confident you will be looked after with food and drink.

If you are interested in any particular fixture over the coming season please let us know which game you would like to attend. There are obviously only a few tickets to go around but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Whilst we are at it, we would like to congratulate Steve Mead of Vision Engineering who was drawn out of the hat (well, more of a box lovingly designed by Valerie) to attend the pre-season friendly with Tottenham Hotspur.

Once again, thanks to you all for attending and making this a very positive event. You can be assured we will continue to invest in the most important aspect of our company, You – our clients – and, in line with this philosophy, we intend to hold other events like this in the future.
