Welcome to the first of CNC’s blogs which will be used on an on-going basis to give you a regular snapshot of what’s going on at CNC and around the IT world.
Time for a change
CNC have been established for 15 years and in that time we have continued to evolve and invest in our core business – the provision and support of IT for small to medium sized businesses.
This year we have decided it is time for a fresh approach to IT support with an emphasis on customer communication and we wanted a strong brand and marketing message to reinforce this message.
What we stand for
CNC provide IT solutions driven by the business requirements of our clients which we then manage and support. Our aim is to simplify what most suppliers make complicated and to be accountable for all we do. We will continue to develop our infrastructure, processes and people for the benefit of all of our customers.
Continuing to invest in you, our clients
Our continued investment in the company has largely gone on initiatives designed to meet these goals and to improve our service levels. For CNC our customers are the key to our success and take priority over gaining new business. We make an effort to take on clients who share the same values as us, and who understand what IT can do for their business.
The Client Portal –making us accountable for all we do
Our client portal which is being launched alongside the new branding is your window into our system. It will allow you to see call stats, view historical track records of our actions and run reports to track our achievement versus service level agreements. In other words you can see quite clearly if we are achieving our targets.
Welcome to the new CNC
For all of our existing clients, welcome to the same CNC you have been used to only better.
To those of you yet to work with us, welcome to a new approach to IT support, we would love to hear from you or feel free to pop in and see how we do things first hand.
