Our service desk has undergone in recent months some changes. As part of CNC’s continuous improvement programme, we have revised how our helpdesk structure resolves your IT problems.


How will this work for you? 


We divided our existing Helpdesk and Escalations support teams into new teams. Each of these teams will support a dedicated set of clients.

What does this mean for you?”

It means that the team that your company is assigned to, will specifically deal with you alone. So, whenever you have a problem, you will always return to the members within that team, who know your company inside out.


Every business is different, and each company is unique, with their own set of individual challenges, so there were a great many factors to consider in the teams design.


We wanted to make sure that we added value throughout your IT infrastructure. We didn’t make change for change’s sake; it was all very personal, about what we know about you, but it was also very scientific at the same time.


We took a range of critical factors into account: what you need now and what you need for your business’s future. How best can CNC help support and protect your business IT and most of all, what can we do to support you in making it run more efficiently?
