Computer and Network Consultants (CNC) were formed as a result of a management buyout by Gary Jowett and Graham Lind in 1996. The company has a heritage going back to 1983 and still has relationships with customers that date back to the 1980's.

The company has grown organically and has built itself to a position of strong financial stability.
